LorAnn’s Strawberry baking & flavouring emulsion tastes like fresh ripe berries. Great for cakes, cookies, frostings, fillings, and desserts. Add it instead of using strawberries or in addition to the fruit to add a punch of strawberry flavour. Use in any recipe you would a strawberry extract and get more robust strawberry flavour!

A highly concentrated flavour specially formulated for use in baked goods. This emulsion is perfect for adding the taste of fresh strawberries to cakes, cookies, frostings, and more. One of the advantages of using bakery emulsions is that they won’t “bake out” like traditional extracts, ensuring a more robust and long-lasting flavour.

1 teaspoon baking extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion
