Description
Progel® is a highly concentrated, bake stable food colouring. Progel® can be used to colour decorations e.g. sugarpaste, frosting, or marzipan. Progel® keeps its vibrancy once baked making it the ideal choice for colouring cake batter.
Instructions: Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration (max. dosage 7g) & max.2.5g of colour per 1kg of cake.
