Clear piping gel is the perfect edible “glue” you need to attach heavier gum paste or fondant decorations to your cakes. Since it’s clear in colour, this piping gel won’t show up on your decorations, so it’s ideal for white cakes or wedding cakes. If desired, you can also tint this clear piping gel using gel food colouring. Write words and messages on your cakes, create edible water scenes, stained glass effects, shiny mirror glaze and more. And, since this piping gel is flavourless, you don’t have to worry about it altering the taste of your cake. Clear piping gel is great to use as an adhesive for attaching fondant and gum paste decorations to cakes and other treats
