An “Ejector Plunger” is a simple yet crucial tool used in cake decorating, specifically when working with small, intricate details or cutouts in fondant or gum paste.

This tool is designed to make the process of releasing delicate shapes from moulds, cutters, or other tools much easier and more efficient.

To use an ejector plunger, you press it down over the fondant or gum paste that you want to release from the mould or cutter.

Can be used with at least 14 of FMM small cutters.
