A pastry chef’s essential tool, this plastic coupler adds ease, precision and versatility to piping with buttercream and royal icing. The coupler secures standard-size tips during use, keeping the tips stable while preventing seepage around the edges of the bag. It also allows you to use different tips on one bag and create a range of effects with the same colour. Simply trim the bag’s tip and insert the coupler base, then add the tip from the outside and secure it with the screw-on ring. To change, simply unscrew the ring and swap the tips.
