This rich and flavourful syrup is made from cornstarch and adds a deep, molasses-like sweetness to dishes. It's commonly used in baking to make pecan pies, caramel sauces, and a variety of confections.
Karo® Dark combines the natural sweetness of corn syrup with a small amount of molasses and has no high fructose corn syrup. With its more robust flavour and colour, it is ideal for many baked goods.
