Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are open for walk-in sales at all 3 locations. Please find the location and opening times on our contact us page here. https://mydreamcake.com.au/contact-us/

Can i add an item to my online order

We will endeavour to assist you if you have forgotten to add to your order. You will need to contact support@mydreamcake.com.au with your items and qty and a friendly team member will call you for payment over the phone. Please note this may alter your postage cost and delay the dispatch of your order. If your order has already been packed unfortunately no items can be added.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes, we offer to click and collect at all our sites. When checking out please make sure you choose your closest store, please wait for the store to contact you when your order is ready for collection. In some instances stock may need to be transferred from a neighboring store and therefore will be delayed.

Do you offer Loyalty Cards

You are welcome to join our loyalty program to receive an in-store discount. The cost of the card is $9.95. Replacement cards will be at the cost of the cardholder.

Shipping, Postage, and Delivery

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we offer wholesale to our customers who have a current industry ABN. This is an application process and can be used online only. Please email support@mydreamcake.com.au for further information. You can only access the discount in-store if a store loyalty card is purchased for $9.95.

Do you post internationally?

Unfortunately, shipping is only Australia-wide.

How do i cancel/return my order?

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch for a full refund. Please contact the store asap. However, once the order has been dispatched a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Postage for returns will be at the buyer’s expense unless agreed by My Dream Cake. Returns must be done within 14 days of purchase. This excludes any food items.

How long does postage take?

All orders will be processed the following business day by our team We use Australia Post, Express Australia Post, and TNT as our carriers. Tracking numbers will be available in your account once packing is complete.  If your order is urgent, we recommend choosing express shipping. Once your order has left our warehouse, we have no control over lead times with Australia Post or TNT. There is a mistake/damage to my order, what do i do

Please send photos, descriptions, and issues of your delivery to support@mydreamcake.com.au for further instruction.

Do you offer classes?

es, classes are added to the website regularly. There is a variety of classes and skill level. Please let us know if there is a class you would like us to run.

Do you print edible images?

Yes, we can print your images on edible paper, this is usually a 24hour turnaround, but arrangements can be made for same-day pickup for an extra fee. Please note due to licensing laws we are unable to print Disney. Unfortunately, due to their fragile nature, these are pick up only.
