With our standard service, you can expect your order to be ready within 24 hours of placing it. But if you're in a rush, don't worry! Our fast track service allows you to pick up your order within just 2 hours of placing it.

How to submit your image: 

After placing your order, email your image file to your chosen store with your order number in the subject line.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF at a minimum of 300dpi. Please note your order won't be processed until we receive your image file.

Please note that our standard and fast track service hours are limited to weekdays and exclude orders placed after 5pm, weekends, and public holidays.

Please note: Custom-made and personalised products are created specifically for your order. Once production has commenced, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind. If you do not collect your completed order by the agreed collection date, you will not automatically be entitled to a refund.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
