Modelling Paste

Modelling paste, also known as gum paste, is the firm sugar paste made for shaping decorations that hold their detail. It sets harder than fondant, so it holds the lines on figurines, sugar flowers, bows, and toppers without slumping. Roll it thin for petals, or mould and cut it to build the characters and details that sit on a cake. Available in white and a range of ready-coloured options, ready to shape straight from the pack.
