Piping Tips

Piping tips, also called nozzles or tubes, shape icing into the swirls, borders, flowers, and writing that finish a cake. An open or closed star makes rosettes and shells, a round tip handles writing and dots, and a petal tip builds buttercream flowers. The range covers individual tips and sets, in stainless steel and acrylic. Match the tip to the design and the same icing makes a dozen different finishes.
