Frozen Product & Shipping Policy

Frozen Cakes, Cupcakes & Cake Crumbs

This section applies to all Ready to Decorate Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cake Crumb products.

All frozen cakes are carefully packed and shipped via Australia Post Express to help minimise transit times. While every effort is made to ensure your cake arrives in excellent condition, delivery times, courier handling, and weather conditions are outside our control. Please note that thawing may occur upon arrival.

Storage Instructions — Cakes & Cupcakes

  • Store refrigerated at 5°C or below, or frozen at -15°C or below.
  • Thaw under refrigeration for best results.
  • Refrigerate and consume within 10 days.
  • Naked cakes and cupcakes may be re-frozen if required. Simply wrap tightly and return to the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Thaw under refrigeration for best results.
  • Refrigerate and consume within 10 days.
  • Do not refreeze after thawing.

Other Frozen Products

This section applies to Rich'n Smooth whipping products and Ready to Decorate Cookies.

While every care is taken in packing and shipping your order, delivery conditions and transit times are outside our control. By selecting shipping for frozen products, you acknowledge that some thawing may occur during transit.

Storage Instructions

  • Store refrigerated at 5°C or below, or frozen at -15°C.
  • Once thawed, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 10 days for optimal quality.
  • Do not refreeze after thawing.
  • For frozen shelf life, refer to the Best Before Date printed on the product packaging.

Damaged or Thawed Orders

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the situation. We are unable to accept responsibility for cakes that have thawed due to transit delays, incorrect storage after delivery, or failure to follow the storage instructions above.
