Mandarin Oil from the Iconic Flavours range delivers a bright, sweet citrus flavour with a softer, less sharp profile than lemon or lime. Oil-soluble and heat-stable, it blends cleanly into fat-based mixtures without adding liquid or altering texture.
A few drops goes a long way. Create mandarin flavoured buttercream for cake layers and cupcakes, stir into ganache to create a chocolate and mandarin flavour, or add to candy melts for a citrus-flavoured cake pop. Bright and sweet, it's the citrus flavour that plays well with dark chocolate.
