Acetate Cake Band Roll 2.5 Inch - 100m

Clear, smooth and just tall enough to hold a glazed top, this 2.5-inch acetate band keeps a cabinet full of individual cheesecakes lined up with matching straight sides. Made from 130-micron, food-safe PET, it supports soft fillings as they chill and peels away without marking the edges. The 100m roll is sized for daily dessert production.

Use it to wrap rings for individual cheesecakes, glazed mousse cakes and layered dessert cups in cafés, restaurants and catering kitchens. The extra half inch over a 2" band leaves room for a mirror glaze, fruit or cream on top. Keep a bulk roll by the dessert station and a busy weekend of plated desserts never stops for a supply run.
