Our extra-strong almond flavouring is a favorite of bakers and candy makers. Almond flavour has a sweet, distinctively rich taste that is delightful on its own, yet blends beautifully with fruit flavours like peach, apricot, and raspberry. We especially love it as a flavour in chocolate and baked goods. Use super strength almond flavour in place of almond extract; just use less. For a change of pace, try adding a touch of almond flavouring to your favorite sugar cookie batter.

This flavour is oil-soluble and suitable for flavouring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavour is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).
