Gingerbread Mix 1kg - Iconic Cake Art

A gingerbread house with snow-white royal icing on the roof, a row of gingerbread people with buttons and smiles, and a kitchen that smells like Christmas. This mix comes with the ginger and spice already blended. Add golden syrup, butter and a splash of water, and the dough is ready to roll.

Cut stars and snowflakes to hang on the tree with ribbon, sandwich two biscuits with cream cheese icing, or pipe names onto gingerbread place cards for Christmas lunch. For an easy Christmas Eve activity, bake a tray of plain gingerbread people and set out icing and sprinkles so the kids can decorate their own.
