Leaf Gold Gelatine Sheets 1kg 500 Sheets - Ewald

These Gold grade leaf gelatine sheets give a consistent set and a smooth, even texture, whether you’re making a single panna cotta or a full tray of desserts. With a gel strength of around 200 bloom, Gold grade sets firmer than Silver, so layered mousse cakes and cheesecakes hold a clean slice.

Use them to set a mirror glaze over a chocolate entremet, or to stabilise whipped cream so it holds its shape on a pavlova. Each sheet weighs about 2g for easy measuring, and these virtually colourless, odourless and flavourless sheets dissolve easily for smooth, clear finishes without altering the flavour of your recipes.
