Baby Pink Vanilla Pail Fondant 1kg - Satin Ice

Soft baby pink straight from the pail, this vanilla fondant covers a christening cake or a first birthday tier in an even pastel with no colour to mix. It rolls out thin and smooth for a clean finish, eases neatly around edges, and tastes of mild marshmallow and vanilla.

Cut it into hearts and blossoms for baby shower cupcakes, shape ballet slippers and bows for a first birthday, or wrap thin pink stripes around a white tier. Knead a little into white fondant to step down to a paler blush for an ombre cake.

Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, water, palm oil, gum tragacanth (stabilizer), natural and artificial flavors, cellulose gum (thickener), modified corn starch, potassium sorbate (preservative), glycerin (humectant), acetic acid (preservative). Directions for Use

1. Knead until soft on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
2. Roll out to your desired thickness, about 3mm for covering a cake.
3. Lay over your prepared cake, smooth down and trim the edges. For decorations, cut or mould into shapes and leave to dry until firm.

Storage: Wrap unused fondant airtight and reseal the pail quickly. Store at room temperature, away from direct light.
