Bright pink with a sharp, fresh raspberry tang, this freeze-dried raspberry powder colours and flavours a batch of macaron shells or a bowl of buttercream in one step. It’s made with 100% real raspberries, and as it’s dry, it adds fruit flavour without the extra liquid of a purée, so frostings and batters keep their texture.

Whisk it into white chocolate ganache for a raspberry drip cake, or swirl it through a no-bake cheesecake filling. Raspberry powder can carry tiny seed pieces, so sift it first when you want the smoothest macaron shells.

Directions for Use

Sift into buttercream, ganache, batters or dry ingredients and mix through, adding a little at a time until you reach the flavour and colour you want.
