Red Fondant Pettinice RTR Icing 750g - Bakels

Shape red roses for an anniversary cake, cut hearts for Valentine’s cookies or cover a fire engine cake. This ready-to-roll fondant comes already coloured, which saves the long knead it takes to mix a true red by hand. It rolls out smooth, dries matte, holds its shape and carries a subtle vanilla flavour.

Roll it out over ganache or buttercream for a full cover, or keep the 750g sachet for details across the year: Santa suits and poinsettias at Christmas, red details for themed cakes, ladybirds and toadstools for a garden party. Knead a little into white fondant and you have soft pinks for blossoms and baby shower cakes from the same sachet.

Directions for Use

1. Knead until soft on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
2. Roll out to your desired thickness.
3. Lay over your prepared cake, smooth down and trim the edges. For decorations, cut or mould into shapes and leave to dry until firm.

Storage: Keep airtight and store in a cool, dry place between 20 and 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
