Directions for Use
Remove lid and place the container in the microwave. Heat in 10 second bursts, until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved. Use as required for filling, spreading, or glazing.
For piping applications, whip the ganache until it becomes light and pipeable, transfer to a piping bag and use as desired.
