Sweet and full of fresh strawberry flavour, this freeze-dried powder turns plain vanilla buttercream into strawberry frosting with a soft natural pink. It’s made with 100% real strawberries and no added sugar, and dissolves into creams and batters without thinning them the way fresh strawberries would.

Blend it into a thick strawberry milkshake, or beat it into cream cheese for a no-bake strawberry cheesecake. The colour is brightest in no-bake recipes, and in baked sponges it shifts to a gentler pink, so add a touch of gel colour if you want a stronger shade.

Directions for Use

Sift into frosting, cream, batters or drinks and stir until fully mixed, building up the amount gradually to taste.
