White Fondant Sachet Pettinice RTR Icing 750g - Bakels

Pettinice RTR Icing is a smooth and resilient ready-to-roll fondant. It is soft and supple under the rolling pin, so it stays smooth around corners and edges, then dries matte and holds its shape. The taste is a subtle vanilla that suits anything from chocolate mud to fruit cake.

It’s ready to use straight from the 750g sachet: knead it until soft, roll it out on a dusting of icing sugar or cornflour, and lay it over your ganache or buttercream. Tint it with gel colour for a custom shade, press it into moulds for bows and flowers, or cut plaques and toppers for cookies and cupcakes.

Directions for Use

1. Knead until soft on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
2. Roll out to your desired thickness.
3. Lay over your prepared cake, smooth down and trim the edges. For decorations, cut or mould into shapes and leave to dry until firm.
   

Storage: Keep airtight and store in a cool, dry place between 20 and 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
