Ready to roll fondant, but with a subtle buttercream flavour, this white fondant covers a birthday cake that people finish down to the last bite. It rolls thin and smooth for a clean finish, works easily into shapes, and has a light marshmallow sweetness alongside the buttercream.

Use it over vanilla sponge, chocolate mud or red velvet, where a buttery note suits the cake better than plain vanilla. Knead in gel colour for themed orders, cut plaques and toppers for cupcakes, or shape bows and figurines for the top tier. For dessert tables, cover mini cakes and cookie rounds in it so every small treat tastes as good as the main cake.

Directions for Use

1. Knead until soft on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
2. Roll out to your desired thickness, about 3mm for covering a cake.
3. Lay over your prepared cake, smooth down and trim the edges. For decorations, cut or mould into shapes and leave to dry until firm.

Storage: Wrap unused fondant airtight and reseal the pail quickly. Store at room temperature, away from direct light.
