White Vanilla Pail Fondant 1kg - Satin Ice

Smooth, soft and bright white, this vanilla fondant rolls thin enough to cover a birthday cake with plenty left over for bows and toppers. It works easily under the rolling pin, sits neatly over ganache or buttercream, and has a mild marshmallow vanilla taste.

Knead in gel colour for any shade the party needs, cut plaques and discs for cupcakes, or press it with a pattern mat for texture. Leave it white for a christening cake and finish with piped pearls or a single sugar flower. Roll the offcuts into stars and dots, and the next day’s batch of cupcakes is already decorated.
