How to submit your image: 

After placing your order, email your image file to your chosen store with your order number in the subject line.

Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF at a minimum of 300dpi. Please note your order won't be processed until we receive your image file.

Please note that our standard and fast track service hours are limited to weekdays and exclude orders placed after 5pm, weekends, and public holidays.
