Smooth and glass-clear, this 3-inch acetate collar wraps cheesecake after cheesecake on a busy production day, keeping each one smooth-sided as it sets. It’s 130-micron, food-safe PET that holds its shape around springform tins and cake rings and peels away cleanly once chilled. The 100m roll covers a large volume of whole cakes.
