12inch Acetate Cake Band Roll 10mm - Iconic Cake Art

Extra wide and smooth, this 12-inch acetate collar wraps the tallest layer cakes and showpieces, holding every layer upright from the base to the final swirl. It’s made from 130-micron, food-safe PET that supports soft fillings while they set and peels away cleanly once chilled. The 10m roll gives plenty of length for several tall cakes.

Use it for statement layer cakes with six or more layers, tall crepe cakes and mousse towers, or as a support collar while a tall cake firms up in the fridge. Cut into sheets, it also handles chocolate work like sails, shards and piped decorations with a glossy finish. Wrap a tall cake in a band of tempered chocolate taller than the cake itself, then fill the top with berries and cream for a dessert that looks like a gift box.
