2.5inch Acetate Cake Band Roll 10mm - Iconic Cake Art

Clear and crisp along the edge, this 2.5-inch acetate band wraps a set of mini entremets so the mousse, insert and glaze line up in neat, visible layers. Made from 130-micron, food-safe PET, it holds soft fillings upright and peels away cleanly once chilled. The 10m roll cuts to any length for single serves or a full tray.

Line pastry rings for individual cheesecakes, mousse cups and panna cotta, or wrap small sponge stacks for a café cabinet. The extra half inch over a 2" band leaves room for a mirror glaze or a fruit topping without spilling over. Wrap a dozen rings in one go, fill them all and chill, and a full tray of plated desserts is ready to unmould at once.
