2inch Acetate Cake Band Roll 10mm - Iconic Cake Art

Crystal clear and firm, this 2-inch acetate band wraps around a mousse cake and keeps the sides straight while it sets, with every layer on show. It’s made from 130-micron, food-safe PET, so it holds soft fillings in place and peels away cleanly once the cake is chilled. The 10m roll cuts to any length, from a small ring to a full-size cake.

Line rings and tins for cheesecakes and layered mousse cups, or wrap individual desserts for a café cabinet. The 2-inch height also suits chocolate work: spread tempered chocolate on a strip and wrap it around a cake for a glossy collar. Cut a strip to length and wrap a set of mini cakes before filling, and each one lifts out of its ring with clean, straight sides.
