Australian Dried Edible Calendula - Petite Ingredients

Bright golden orange with a gentle citrus note, these dried calendula petals bring warm colour to a lemon drizzle cake or a tray of lemon tarts. The flavour is mostly neutral, so they add colour first and only a hint of citrus, which pairs well with lemon, cheese and rice dishes.
