Pressed flat with their full faces intact, these dried pansies sit neatly on the side of a buttercream cake like a hand-painted pattern. They’re grown and handpicked in the Yarra Valley, with a mild, sweet flavour and a light scent.

Press them onto a smooth buttercream or ganache cake for a pressed-flower finish, or set them onto iced sugar cookies with a dot of royal icing. They lie close to the surface, so they work best on smooth finishes rather than textured frosting.
