Black Fondant Pettinice RTR Icing 750g - Bakels

Pettinice RTR (ready-to-roll) Icing is a smooth and resilient fondant icing. With easy handling properties, no cracking and subtle vanilla flavour, the versatile icing dries matte and holds its shape for covering cakes or cookies, or moulding figurines and toppers.

Available in a wide range of colours.

Directions for Use

Remove icing from foil and knead on a clean flat surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour. Roll out to desired thickness. Brush cake with a sugar syrup to give good adhesion of the icing to the cake surface. Place rolled icing on the cake and smooth down gently. Trim edges to finish.

Storage conditions

Keep airtight and store between 20−25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
