Directions for Use
Yields: 12–16 standard cupcakes
Method: Stir the buttercream well before use. If you want a lighter, fluffier texture for cupcakes, whip it for 1–2 minutes with a paddle attachment. For a perfectly smooth professional look on the sides of your cake, use a heated metal scraper. The heat helps the buttercream glide into a smooth, even surface.
