Caramel Delite Cake Mix 5kg - Iconic Cake Art

Golden caramel layers, stacked high with salted caramel buttercream and finished with a slow drip down the sides. This 5kg bag holds enough mix for a full weekend of orders, and the low 140°C bake gives you layers that carve cleanly every time.

Bake tiers for a caramel wedding cake, or a run of drip cakes dressed with honeycomb shards and gold leaf. For autumn orders, pair it with a spiced apple filling and brown butter buttercream. Keep a bag on the shelf and you'll be ready the next time a client asks for caramel.
