Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat flour, Dark compound chocolate (14%) (Sugar, Vegetable fat (Vegetable oil, Emulsifiers (322 soy, 492)), Cocoa powder, Milk solids, Salt, Natural flavour), Cocoa powder (7%), Egg powder, Natural flavour, Raising agents (450, 500)

Directions for Use

You'll need: 1kg brownie mix, 145ml water, 190g butter (melted).

1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down the sides and mix on slow speed for a further 1 minute.
4. Spread evenly into an 8x8" baking tin.
5. Bake at 160°C for approx. 30 minutes. Cover with foil halfway through baking to keep the top from crusting. Times may vary depending on your oven.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
