Directions for Use
250g Chocolate mousse powder
375g Water (chilled)
Method
Mix contents of packet with 375g of water (chilled. Blend on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes. Allow to chill in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
