Tiny in size, big on flavour! Dark Chocolate Crispearls feature a light, crispy toasted biscuit centre coated in rich dark chocolate with an intense cocoa taste and roasted cocoa notes.

Each pearl is approximately 5mm in diameter, making them the perfect finishing touch for cakes, cupcakes, desserts, pastries and more. Sprinkle them over buttercream, ganache, glazed cakes, ice cream or dessert cups for an elegant chocolate finish with a satisfying crunch.

They can also be mixed through chocolate mousse, ice cream or bavarois to add a delicious crispy chocolate texture.
