A vibrant purple with an intense, naturally sweet blueberry flavour, this freeze-dried powder tints buttercream lilac or gives a batch of muffins blueberry flavour all the way through. It’s made with 100% real blueberries with no additives, preservatives or added sugar, and blends smoothly into wet or dry ingredients.

Stir it into lemon cream cheese frosting for a blueberry and lemon cake, or blend a spoonful into a smoothie or yoghurt bowl. The colour is strong, so start with a teaspoon and build up until you reach the shade you want.

Directions for Use
