500g Instant Custard Mix
1250ml Water (cold)
Method
Place water and instant custard mix into mixing bowl. Whisk on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes or until smooth. Store in fridge.
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a clean, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
