Kids Shortbread Baking & Decorating Class - Hallam

Looking for a fun and creative school holiday activity for the kids?

Join us for a hands-on Shortbread Baking & Decorating Class, designed especially for children aged 5–8 years. Kids will get to mix, roll, cut, bake and decorate their very own shortbread cookies while learning some basic baking and decorating skills along the way.

This is a fun, relaxed class where kids can get creative, try new things and enjoy the experience of making something from scratch.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

MAKE OUR SHORTBREAD DOUGH Learn how to make a simple, delicious shortbread dough before getting stuck into the fun.

ROLL & CUT Roll out the dough and use a selection of fun cookie cutters to create different shapes.

BAKE YOUR COOKIES Learn some of the basics of baking as we prepare our cookies for the oven.

DECORATE & GET CREATIVE Once the cookies are ready, it's time to decorate! Kids can use icing, chocolate, sprinkles and other decorations to create their own unique designs.

CREATE SOMETHING TO TAKE HOME The best part — take your delicious handmade and decorated shortbread cookies home to share, enjoy and show off!
