Directions for Use

Lightly knead marzipan for 1-2 minutes on a clean flat surface dusted with icing sugar, to prevent sticking. Roll out to desired thickness. Brush cake with a sugar syrup to give good adhesion of the icing to the cake surface. Place rolled marzipan on the cake and smooth down gently. Trim edges to finish.
