Instructions:
1. Mix: In a mixing bowl, whisk meringue powder, water and part 1 caster sugar on high speed for 8 minutes.
2. Colour: Add colour and flavouring as desired.
3. Whisk: Gradually add Part 2 Caster Sugar while whisking at high speed for an additional 6 minutes.
4. Bake: Pipe the mixture as needed and bake at 105°C
