Vibrant pink-red with an intense, tangy flavour, this freeze-dried raspberry powder concentrates around 330g of fresh raspberries into a 35g pack. It’s made from 100% real raspberries with no preservatives, milled into a fine powder that brings both flavour and colour to whatever it’s mixed into.

Stir it through dark chocolate ganache to fill truffles, or sift it over a lemon tart for a sharp pink finish. With a two-year shelf life, it keeps long enough to bring raspberry flavour to desserts all year round.
