Directions for Use
500g Sticky Date Cake Mix
165ml Water
2 Eggs (medium)
Preheat
Preheat oven to 150°C
Mix
Place packet mix and water into bowl and mix on low for 1 minute. Add eggs and water and mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and mix on speed 3 for 4 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.
Bake
Bake at 150°C for 50-60 minutes in oven.
