Directions for Use

You'll need: 250g strawberry mousse mix, 375g chilled water.

1. Place the mix and chilled water into a bowl and blend on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the bowl.
3. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes.
4. Pipe or spoon into cups or tart shells, or between cake layers.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
