Subtle pink and full of fresh strawberry flavour, this freeze-dried powder packs around 380 strawberries into a 30g pack, so a spoonful flavours a whole batch of marshmallow or buttercream. It’s made from 100% real strawberries grown in Manawatu, New Zealand, with no preservatives, and milled fine enough to blend straight into frosting and batters.

Whisk it into homemade marshmallow for pink strawberry squares, or fold it into whipped cream to fill a strawberry Swiss roll. As a dry powder, it adds flavour without the water of fresh fruit, so marshmallow and meringue still set the way they should.

Directions for Use

Sift into frosting, cream, batters or drinks and mix through, adding a little at a time until you reach the flavour and colour you want.

Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place and reseal tightly after each use. Shelf life is 2 years.
