Strawberry Slices 22g - Fresh As

Thin, bright red slices that keep the shape of the fruit, these freeze-dried strawberries look like fresh-cut berries when they’re arranged on a cake. They’re made from 100% real strawberries with nothing else added, grown in the Manawatu region of New Zealand and sliced before freeze-drying to lock in their colour and sweet flavour.

Press them around the sides of a white chocolate cake in overlapping rows, or fan them across a cheesecake with a few fresh mint leaves. With a two-year shelf life, a pack in the pantry means strawberry decorations are on hand even when fresh berries are out of season.

Directions for Use

Arrange straight from the pack on cakes and desserts, or press gently into soft icing, ganache or chocolate so the slices hold in place.

Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place and reseal tightly after opening. Shelf life is 2 years.
