A screw-on eye dropper that threads onto a bottle neck, letting you add liquids a drop at a time. It gives you a controlled way to measure flavouring oils, liquid food colours and essences, so you can build colour or flavour gradually instead of tipping in too much at once.
Swap it onto your bottle in place of the standard cap, then squeeze the bulb to draw up liquid and release it drop by drop. It's handy for tinting buttercream, royal icing and chocolate to an exact shade, adding concentrated flavours to ganache and fillings, or mixing small batches of edible paint. Counting drops also makes it easier to repeat the same colour or flavour across batches.
