Violet Fondant 250g - Over The Top

Made in Italy and specifically formulated for Australian conditions, Over The Top Fondant provides excellent workability with its soft texture, silky smooth finish, and vanilla flavour. This fondant can be rolled thin whilst still maintaining its elasticity and strength without drying out or cracking, making covering cakes super easy.

Available in a wide range of colours.

Directions for Use

Knead on a clean flat surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour. Roll out to desired thickness. Ideal for decorations and covering cakes.

Storage conditions

Keep airtight and store between 8−25°C in a cool, dry place.

Keep away from direct sunlight.
