Each pearl is approximately 5mm in diameter, making them the perfect finishing touch for cakes, cupcakes, desserts, pastries and more. Sprinkle them over buttercream, ganache, glazed cakes, ice cream or dessert cups for an elegant chocolate finish with an irresistible crunch.

They can also be mixed through chocolate mousse, ice cream or bavarois to add a delicious crispy texture.
